THE FIRST EDITION OF THE MALTA BIENNALE IS THE MOST PROMINENT CULTURAL EVENT OF THE YEAR

The Malta Biennale is scheduled to be the most prominent cultural event of 2024, with the sponsorship of 80 artists from 23 countries, 24 from Malta. This is in addition to the participation of more than 20 national pavilions from all over Malta and Goddess in 21 historical sites, 17 of which are sponsored by Maltese Heritage. Malta’s Biennale will transform some of Malta’s most beloved heritage sites into stages for artistic creations and expressions.
A challenge but also an incredible source of inspiration for participating artists, including Cuba, Mexico, Austria, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, USA, Malta and Italy among others. The biennale has already attracted over 2,500 artistic proposals from over 100 nations. From March 13 to May 31, 2024.
