Eliana Muchachasoy Chindoy, from the Camëntŝá community of the Sibundoy Valley, in the Colombian Amazon. She studied Plastic Arts at the National University of Colombia and in 2018 received a scholarship in Brisbane, Australia.In her painting, she deals with themes such as indigenous women, “self-representation” denouncing the mistreatment of women and the social struggles they wage to defend their families and their territory. In 2020, she received the Mention for artistic merit at the VIII intercontinental biennial of indigenous, in the State of Michigan,United States.
